How do you celebrate 10 years of online banking brilliance?

With a festival, of course.

Monzo wanted a summer party with a difference. Colourful. Bold. Outdoors. Space for inflatables, international street food, and plenty of good vibes. And because this one marked their 10th birthday, it had to feel special.

We found the perfect home in York Lawns, nestled in Regent’s Park. A beautiful blank canvas with strong transport links, a rare dry-hire license, and a marquee backup plan for the ever-unpredictable British summer.

From there, we got to work.

We created a vibrant, festival-inspired experience with a nod to Monzo’s milestone birthday. Custom branding ran throughout—on signage, bars, food stalls, games—adding fun and function in equal measure.

Every element was designed with intention:

AV was engineered for central London’s sound restrictions—low-volume but high-impact, using wide speaker dispersal and perimeter-focused sound.
Street food brought together global flavours with playful Monzo twists—bespoke-branded ice cream tubs, witty stall names, and colourful slushies.
Entertainment featured DJs, sax, and custom-built Monzolympics games: inflatable assault courses, funfair-style games featuring Monzo’s values, and a 360° photo booth for good measure.

The result?

A high-energy, sun-drenched celebration where nothing was left to chance.

Guests arrived through our giant entranceway and were met with branded cocktails, vibrant signage, and sensory overload in the best way possible. Watching them interact with the space—from giant games to team tug-of-war—was a true highlight.

Despite a short lead time and a last-minute date change, we delivered. The client told us it raised the bar from previous years—and they loved the detail, the creativity, and the energy.

Turns out, 10 years in fintech looks a lot like a field full of inflatables, cocktails, colour, and 1000 very happy people.
